NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT- COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FISH, VEGETABLES, FRUITS, AND RICE TO EVERSLEY CHILDS SANITARIUM AND GENERAL HOSPITAL (FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)

1. Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital intend to procure Fish, Vegetable, Fruits and Rice with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eight Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Six Pesos Only (PhP 8,680,356.00) through Hospital Income.

2. Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital Bids and Award Committee (BAC) now invite technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.

3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement Community Participation pursuant to Section 35 (K) of the 2025 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
