1. The Bulacan State University, through the GAA FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos and 92/100 (₱365,974.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Negotiated Procurement- Two Failed Biddings: Kitchen Laboratory Gasline and Exhaust System at Meneses Campus (Infra-2025-06). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
