1) The City Government of Olongapo through the Local Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Seventy Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (P/2,978,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for NEGOTIATED FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPLETE DENTAL PROSTHESES (DENTURE) SERVICES CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
