1. The National Housing Authority, NCR East Sector, through the Corporate Receipts (Housing Support) intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Two Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos and 24/100 (₱15,272,868.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for NCRES-CONS-2025-09-002 Survey and Titling Works for Parcels of Land at the East and West Embankments of the Manggahan Socialized Housing Project (MSHP) Pasig City and Municipalities of Cainta and Taytay Rizal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
