Description : 1) The National Irrigation Administration - Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR), through the General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of:

being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The National Irrigation Administration - Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR) now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Various Office Equipment. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 Calendar Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
