The National Irrigation Administration - Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR), through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty (Php 284,920.00) Pesos being the ABC to payments under the contract for NCG-CAR-MS-02-2025 For Lot 1/ Provision of Meals and Snacks & Lot 2/ Lease of Venue with the Provision of Meals and Snacks for the Conduct of CY2025 Various Trainings and Activities of Institutional Development Unit (IDU) - Benguet Satellite Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
