1. The National Irrigation Administration-Isabela Irrigation Management Office, using a single-year for a duration of 365 Calendar Days Framework Agreement through the proposed NEP CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Nine Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Six Hundred Three Pesos and 9/100 (₱6,975,603.09) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Casilagan Balacong Communal Irrigation System, City of Ilagan, Isabela.
