Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE NATIONAL ISOTOPE CENTER (PHASE 1) - SITE DEVELOPMENT AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

1) The Philippine Nuclear Research Institute through the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Seventy Million Three Hundred Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Two Pesos and Eighty Four Centavos (₱70,316,782.84) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the National Isotope Center (Phase 1) - Site Development and Building Construction. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Nuclear Research Institute now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty Two (242) government working days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
