The ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE (ZSPI) formerly KABASALAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (KIT), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2018 intends to apply the sum ONE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 147,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of NATIONAL ASSESSMENT CONSUMABLES FOR SMAW NC I (SHS TVL Learners-150/2nd Batch) use.
Price Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
