1. The Local Government Unit of Tinoc, through the 20% Supplemental No. 2-2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Eleven Pesos and Forty-Six Centavos (148,211.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Nanludahan-Bekeh-Banaaw-Tuwel FMR Improvement at Tulludan, Tinoc, Ifugao and TINOC-2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Tinoc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 7 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
