1. The National Irrigation Administration, Eastern-Western Samar Irrigation Management Office, Catbalogan City, through the General Appropriation Act of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php6,576,276.69 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Naga CIS, Project Identification Number, Naga CIS-WS-01-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration, Eastern-Western Samar Irrigation Management Office, Catbalogan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is requires one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have completed within ten years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one (1) contract similar to the Project that is equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
