Description : Invitation to Bid for
MyPortal hosting and administration services from 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2027

The UP Open University, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) Revolving Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱1,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “MyPortal hosting and administration services from 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2027” (IB No. 25-11-007). Bids received in excess of the approved budget for the contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The UPOU now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
