Re-Invitation to Bid for the SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING

1. The LGU-Catarman Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (P1,290,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Re-Invitation to Bid for the SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING with Project Identification Number CATCAM- 2025-09Rebid. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-Catarman Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 63 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (See attached Weekly Delivery Schedule in the Bid Data Sheet). Bidders should have completed, within 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed ABC of this project from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
