1. The Local Government Unit of Tinoc, through the 20% LDF- Annual Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Ninety- Five Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Seven Pesos (795,197.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Municipal Building Ground Improvement (Phase II) at Tinoc, Tinoc, Ifugao and TINOC-2025-067. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Tinoc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 28 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
