MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING: CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI - PURPOSE INNOVATION AND TRAINING CENTER AT THE IFUGAO STATE UNIVERSITY-POTIA CAMPUS

1. The Local Government Unit of Alfonso Lista, Ifugao, through the Trust Fund-Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) Year 2024 intends to apply the sum of Fifty Million Pesos (Php50,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Identification/ Solicitation Number LGSF449-5320-LGU2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Alfonso Lista, Ifugao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 540 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
