  1) The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District, through the Corporate Operating Budget
  for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (P 4,000,000.00) being the
  Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY
  OF MATERIALS, LABOR AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE DRILLING AND
  CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) PILOT TEST/PRODUCTION WELL NO. 3 AT
  BARANGAY NAMABBALAN NORTE, TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN. Bids
