1. The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District, through the Corporate Operating
Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Six Hundred Seven
Thousand Pesos (P 5,607,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS, LABOR
AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ATULAYAN FILTRATION FACILITY
BUILDING, PERIMETER FENCE AND OTHER APPURTENANCES AT BRGY. ATULAYAN,
TUGUEGARAO CITY with Project Identification Number MTWD-PB 25-10-029. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 240 calendar days
