Tender are invited for MRT3 JANITORIAL SERVICES REQUIREMENTS

Description : The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-One Million Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Four Pesos and Sixty Centavos (PhP131,018,234.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MRT3 Janitorial Services Requirement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The DOTr now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity of the above Procurement Project. Deployment of services is required immediately upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and with a period of one (1) year, in
accordance with Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
