1. The Ministry of Public Works - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MPW - BARMM) Regional Office, using a Single-Year Framework Agreement, through the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (PHP 990,000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes, for the details of item refer to the framework agreement list attach, being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
