Description : The project involves the provision of event management services and necessary materials for the successful conduct of the Moving Up Ceremony. It includes sound system rental, stage setup (if applicable), tarpaulins, tokens, and other logistical requirements to facilitate a meaningful and organized ceremony.
The service provider shall supply and operate a complete sound system with technical support, produce and install event tarpaulins, and provide tokens/commemorative items as specified. All items and services shall be brand new, of good quality, and delivered/operational on the scheduled event date.
The provider shall ensure timely setup, program support, and post-event dismantling/cleaning of the venue. The activity will be held within the school premises as approved by the administration.
