The Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), as duly authorized to conduct Small Value Procurement (SVP) for the procurement of Supply and Delivery of Motorized Wooden Banca for CHP use in the municipality of Tambulig, Province of ZDS, in accordance with Section 53.9 Small Value Procurement of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act. No. 12009, hereby invites all interested suppliers/bidders to offer their lowest government price.
