2. Alvarado Hall Elevator:
Passenger Elevator 1000kgs, 4 Floors / Openings WWWF Controlled, Airconditioned, MRL
3. New Engineering Building Elevator:
Passenger Elevator 1000kgs, 5 Floors / Openings WWVF, MRL
Scope of Works to be done monthly: Examination of unit
Oiling and Cleaning of the Machine
Greasing/oiling of bearings and guides
Making the necessary minor adjustments"
"Supplies such as oil, greases, preservatives and cleaning materials if necessary
Shall provide and compile monthly service report together with the complete specifications of the equipment
Recommend and provide a schedule of parts replacement as necessary.
Warranty: In case of replacement of parts, winning bidder shall provide at least one (1) year warranty from the manufacturer and/or service provider
