MONTHLY PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES OF THREE (3) UNITS ATLANTIUM HYDRO-OPTIC
WATER DISINFECTION SYSTEM @ Iwahig Disinfection Plant.
1. SERVICE COVERAGE
• The CONTRACTOR undertakes to perform monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) services on the UV
Equipment for a period of four (4) months from September 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. The Monthly PM
activities will commence every first Tuesday of the month, or when urgent attention is required, as may be
directed by PPWCD. The duration of monthly PM schedule will be 2 (two) days from 2 to 4 hours per UV
equipment.
The scheduled daily monitoring and monthly PM services include the following :
A. Daily data collecting, monitoring & physical inspection of the UV Equipment-s disinfection chamber ;
