Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), GAA 2025 (Fund 501), and CBI (2026-2027), intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Forty Six Million Pesos (PhP 746,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Modification and Improvement of Bath Tub Spillway and its Appurtenant Structures under Malinao Dam Improvement Project, Invitation to Bid No. R7-MDIPD-C-4. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 900 calendar days inclusive of 170 unworkable days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations...
