1. The NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY (NFA) Region X through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2024, intends to apply the sum of Sixty One Million One Hundred Pesos (PhP 61,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Modernization of NFA Warehouses in Support to Buffer Stocking Program at Various NFA Compounds in Region 10 for the year 2024 under Project Reference No. NFA-CON-INFRA-2024-001-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the bid opening.
