1 LOT I. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Complete all works for the project “Minor Repair of Situational Room and Painting of Walls at the Second Floor Hallway of the OCOM Building”, including the supply of all materials, equipment, and systems, as well as the performance of all necessary labor and processes, in accordance with the plans, specifications, Bidding Documents, Scope of Work and other related contract documents.

2. The Contractor is not limited to the scope of works listed. He should verify all plans and actual conditions to determine the necessity of work. If the actual situation calls for demolition, removal, or relocation, he shall include such work, together with all concomitant works necessary to complete the Project, as part of the scope of work.

3. Any discrepancies found between the drawings, specifications, and the site conditions; or any errors or omissions in the drawings or specifications should be clarified with the General Services Division (GSD) Architect /Engineer.
