Description : 1. The Mindanao State University - Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (MSU-TCTO), through GAA 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE BILLION Pesos and 00/100 (PhP1,000,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY-TAWI-TAWI COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY AND OCEANOGRAPHY eUNIVERSITY ICT AUGMENTATION FOR SUSTAINABLE DIGITAL LEARNING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Mindanao State University-Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is 360 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
