  Description : 1. The National Historical Commission of the Philippines, through the 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Million, Four Hundred Five Thousand, Eight Hundred Twenty Four Pesos and One-Half Centavos (Php 1,405,824.05) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Microsoft 365 Business Standard Subscription Accounts Renewal - 227 Licenses. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The National Historical Commission of the Philippines now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required on 20 April 2025 for 125 licenses and on 19 August 2025 for the last 102 licenses. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
