In case of accidents occur during travels, liabilities or any settlement on any damaged properties or loss of life must be shouldered by the contracted company
Shall ferry passengers up to the barangay/ sitio/ AD level even in GIDA/ ELCA areas.
Must provide an extra vehicle to backup in case of vehicle breakdown happen along the way.
