TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Final layout will be supplied by MIADP RPCO XI within 5 days upon issuance of NTP.
2. Test prints shall be complied with within 5 days after submission and resubmission of layout.
3. Mass printing shall commence after approval of test print by MIADP RPCO XI.
4. In case of missing pages/content error including discoloration, etc., /copies must be replaced by supplier.
5. Location of Delivery: DA RFO XI. Davao Regional Government Center, Bago Oshiro, Tugbok District, Davao City
6. To be Delivered and checked ON-SITE
