Terms and Condition
1. To grant exclusive use and possession of the motor vehicle during durations of the use.
2. To provide a driver fully-driver skills.
3. To ensure the safety of the personnel during and every travel/field works.
4. To be responsible for the normal service, fair, wear and tear of the motor vehicle.
5. To keep the motor vehicle comprehensively insured with a reputable insurance agency,
6. To open an Account with Philippine Veterans Bank and Land Bank of the Philippines for the purpose of payment of the rental.
7. To provide Statement of Account after every travel/field works.
