  SCOPE OF WORK
  The work and services to be performed by the Contractor for this undertaking shall essentially consist of, but not limited to the following:
  A. Mobilization/establishment of Contractors complete construction camp and other facilities;
  B. CONSTRUCTION SAFETY AND HEALTH PROGRAM (To provide safety signages and PPE-s on the whole duration of the project. First aid kit and 10lbs Fire Extiguisher must be present at the site and shall be turned-over to NPC after the completion of the project, if not used.)
  C. MATERIALS AND STRENGTH TESTING
  D. DISMANTLE, REMOVAL OF EXISTING PIPELINES (FROM WATER METER TO T&B/KITCHEN SINK) AND TURN-OVER TO GSFM
  E. INSTALLATION OF GI/PPR PIPELINE FROM WATER METER TO TOILET & BATH AND KITCHEN SINK INCLUDING FITTINGS
  F. CHLORINATION SYSTEM AND PIPELINE SHED
  G. Demobilization including clearing of site/demolition of Contractor-s camp facilities.
