Dislodging and Disposal of Septic Tank of Agus 4&5 HPP Complex

SCOPE OF WORKS:
* Provision of Tools, ManPower and Equipment required for the project
* Applied Vacuum suctioning of waste thru vector trucks
* While the liqefaction process is on going suctioning will be done continuoisly tili the tank is completely filled in
* All loads taken will be transported in a sealed type trucks.
* Provide Certificate of Disposal and Completion Report

TERMS OF REFERENCE:
* Bidders must have an Environmental Sanitation Clearance issued by DOH
* Bidders must have an Environmental Compliance Certificate issued by DENR
* Bidders must have a Waste Water Discharge Permit issued by DENR
* Bidders must have a TSD Registration Certificate
* Bidders must have a HW Transporter Registration Certificate
* Bidders must have a Sanitary Permit
