1. General Conditions:
1.1 The scope of work shall be executed in accordance with the specifications listed under this document and any supplementary documents provided during the site inspection.
1.2 The winning bidder shall ensure minimal disruption to the existing operations during installation, transfer, and rehabilitation activities.
1.3 All materials, tools, and equipment required to complete the work shall be provided by the contractor.
1.4 Work shall commence only after coordination and approval from the end-user or its authorized representative.
2. Scope of Works:
2.1 New Server Room Setup
a. Data Cabinet
* Fabrication and installation of an appropriately sized data cabinet with proper ventalation and cable management.
* Ensure secure installation in a location with stable power and adequate cooling
