Description : REHABILITATION OF ALL FIBER OPTIC, CABINET SWITCHES, ROUTERS AND MEDIA CONVERTERS

Scope of Work:
1. Fiber Optic Cable Works
* Tracing and Reconnection of 24-core Single-Mode Fiber Optic Cable between Agus 5 and Agus 4 HPP:
* Locate and identify defective segments in the existing backbone
* Conduct end-to-end OTDR testing
* Perform fusion splicing and reconnection of identified damaged fiber cores.
* Re-terminate connections and patch panels with proper labelling and documentation.
* Submit test results before and after reconnection.
* Assessment and testing of existing fiber lines using OTDR and power meter.
* Replacement of Damaged or non-functional fiber optic cables.
* Fusion Splicing and Installation of fiber enclosures and patch panels
* Cable dressing, labelling and documentation using TIA/EIA-606-B Standard
* Supply of fiber patch chords, adapters and fiber optic enclosures and patch panels.
