Environmental Testing (PCB Analysis)
Scope of Work:
1. Mobilization
2. Conduct PCB Sampling to the following locations
2.1 Three (3) units of Distribution Transformers at Agus 4 HPP
2.2 One (1) sample of Transformer oil in drum at Agus 4 HPP
2.3 One (1) sample of Transformer oil in drum at Agus 5 HPP
3. Install barricade/warning signage winthin the Perimeter before extracting sample
4. Safekeeping of tools and waste materials used during the extraction of Oil samples by the
5. Gathering of test results (preparation of the test results and submits to Agus 4&5 HPPC)
6.Cleaning of works
7. In the absence of oil inside the containers/Transformer. Swab sampling method shall be used.
8. Turnover/Final acceptance
NOTE:
Methods of Sampling and analysis shall be in accordance
1.1 with DENR-EMB MC 2014-007
1.2 Winning bedders must be a DENR-Recognized Environmental Laboratories for the PCB analysis of trasformer oil and waste oil.
