Description : Dislodging and Disposal of Septic Tank of Agus 4&5 HPP Complex
Scope of Work:
* Winning Bidder must be a DENR/DOH Accredited or atleast in partnership with a DENR/DOH accredited
* Winning Bidder or its DENR/DOH accredited must conduct a siphoning/Dislodging of the Septic Tanks of Agus 4&5 HPPC
* The contractor shall abide with the Regulations specially with the RA 9275 and RA 6969
* The contractor shall coordinate with the Agus 4&5 prior to the conduct of the activities
* The contractor or its partner shall dispose the dislodged materials to a proper facility for treatment
* The contractor or its pertner issue a certificate of treatment for the dislodged material
* The contractor shall provide materials i.e. Chainblock, A frame and other materials necessary for the opening of the septic tank
* if required, The contractor shall secure all necessary permits or other documents necessary for the project
* The Contractor shall observe Safety, Security and Environmental regulations of Agus 4&5 HPPC
