SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Safety and Security Improvements
a. Signage replacement & installation-supply and install of UV-resistant, reflective
" Danger-High Voltage-Keep Out" signs. Securely mount signs on fence and gate at visible heights
b. Fence Repair - replace damaged chain link sections and tighten loose mesh. Replace corroded or
damaged fence tie wires. Repaint the fence with anti-rust paints. Replace missing or damaged fence parts & removed unnecessary parts.
c. Gate lock-Supply and install heavy-duty, weatherproof padlock
2. Grounding System Inspection & Repair
a. Test earth resistance to ensure compliance to electrical safety standards.
b. Replace corroded clamps and lugs with tinned copper fittings.
c. Apply anti-corrosion compound to all exposed connections.
3. Vegetation and Surface Control
a. Clear all grass, weeds, ans small shrubs inside and around the fence yard.
