Description : AG4 SUPPLY OF LABOR IN DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY OF MEZZANINE RACK SYSTEM TO AGUS 4 WAREHOUSE

RJO- Supply of labor, tools, in the disassemble of the mezzanine racking system installed at the old warehouse at Agus 4 HPP

1. SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. The contractor shall disassemble the existing mezzanine rack and put marking of each joint for easy assemble on site.
2. All the disassemble mezzanine rack should be tag and bundle for each column and row for easy installation in the new designated location.
3. The contractor are responsible for the hauling of disassemble mezzanine racking system using NPC hauler.
II. TERMS and CONDITIONS:
1. Strict supervision and use of safety equipment shall be mandatory observe
2. Winning contractor, end user, and the plants safety officer must conduct tool box coordination meeting for the proper implementation of plant's safety and house rules prior to the start of the activities
