Description : AG4 MAINTENANCE OF STAND-BY DIESEL GENSETS

RJO - Supply, Labor, Tools and equipment for the maintenance of stand-by diesel gensets of Agus 4 HPP.
SCOPE OF WORKS & SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Replacement of Air filter for intake manifold left & right
2. Replacement of oil filter element for primary and secondary
3. Repair of feed pump of the injection pump assembly
4. Replacement of engine oil
5. Cleaning of Turbo for Bank A & Bank B
6. Replacement and adjustment of V-belts for main fan drive
7. Replacement of lock handles and complete heavy duty locksets
8. Servicing of two (2) Engine starters
9. Cleaning of entire genset assembly using solvent degreaser
10. Clean up works and demobilization.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Strict supervision and use of safety equipment shall be mandatory observed.
2. Winning contractor, end user, and safety officer must conduct tool box coordination meeting for the proper implementation of the plant's safety and house rules prior to start of the activities
