Description : AG5 REHABILITATION OF EXHAUST FAN AT POWER HOUSE

A. DESCRIPTION & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS;
(Please see attached Terms of Reference Section 7, Technical Specifications)
B. SCOPE OF WORK
1. Site inspection at Agus V HPP and confer with end user about specific requirement and other technical details necessary for the project
2. Disconnect and remove all existing exhaust fans.
3. Install new exhaust fans. Cover the spaces around the exhaust fan appropriately if neccessary.
4. Install metal enclosure with green, red and orange pilot lamps, magnetic contactor and overload relay for each exhaust fan.
5. Connect the exhaust fan to the control components in the metal enclosure.
6. Connect the exhaust fan electrical system to the 440 VAC supply voltage.
7. Supply and Delivery of the following:
a. Exhaust fan assembly
b. Magnetic Contactor
c. Overload Relay
d. Pilot Lamps
e. Royal Cord
f. Metal Enclosure
8. Submit the following upon completion of the project:
1. As-built drawings
