Description : AG4 PROVIDE SERVICES FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AUTOSYNCHRONIZER

SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Preparation, Site Survey and Evaluation of Wiring and Installation works
* Preparation of Materials/resources on site.
* Preparation of Permits including Safety and Security Orientation.
* Wire tracing of existing auto synchronizer circuit through actual verification
* Coordinate with end user for the final installation area of the autosynchronizer equipment and auxiliary devices.
2. Installation and Configuration of Autosynchronizer for Agus 4 Units 2 and 3.
* Layout of Control Cable from Service Building (SB) Control Room to Power Cavern (PC) Control Room.
* Installation of Woodward Synchronizing Unit into the Control Desk of SB Control Room.
* Provision of Panel for the auxiliary devices required.
* Termination of control cables from the potential transformer (PT), excitation system, governor system and generator circuit breaker to the Woodward Synchronizer.
* Wiring and integration of Woodward Synchronizer into the DCS System
