Description : AG5 REHABILITATION OF PERIMETER LIGHTING AT TAILRACE AREA
A. DESCRIPTION & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS;
B. SCOPE OF WORK
1. Site inspection at Agus V HPP and confer with end user about specific requirement and other technical details necessary for the project
2. Excavate founding pits according to the design specifications.
3. Install rebar and anchor bolts
4. Pour and cure concrete to achieve the required strength
5. Verify foundation alignment and levelness
6. Position and securely install the fildable street light pole on the foundation
7. Attach the LED light fixture to the pole and conduct alignment adjustments to ensure proper lighting coverage
8. Perform electrical wiring from the power source to the street light pole
9. Ensure proper grounding of pole for safety
10. Provide pulleys and ropes to operate the foldable street light poles
11. Coordinate with the End-user for the start of the activity.
12. Submit the following upon completion of the project;
