Maintenance of Governor System at Agus 4 HEP Unit 1

Scope of Works:
1. Conduct of troubleshooting and repair at the Governor Sytem.
• Analysis and Diagnosis of the Governor System abnormalities.
• Set-up and preparation of approriate tools and equipment.
• Check Governor controller CPU for abnormal indications.
• Ensure that Governor controller is responsive and all indicators are lit.
• Check for loose electrical connections.
• Disconnect the connector of the Proportional Valve from Governor Controller to
isolate devices and prevent accidental opening of gate.
• Check proportional valve cable and connector for signs of defects.
• Disconnect LVDT connector from Proportional Valve.
• Clean connector contacts to ensure proper coupling and good transmission of signal.
• Verify all connectors connected to correct terminals, polarity, good contact.
• Power up Governor Controller.
• Reset Stop-Start-Run mode.
• Check for external alarms and interlocks.
