A. DECRIPTION & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

B. SCOPE OF WORK
* Clean/Calibrate installed detectors.
* Test devices at random from different loops.
* Check and rectify any faults in the system concrning equipment/device malfunction.
* Record in the maintenance logbook all works that has been carried out
* Submit list of materials, parts that need to be replaced including specifications, voltage rating and other pertinent information needed for
the procurement of the same including cost estimates of the parts to be replaced.
* Check all main system components including panels, signal control, panel switches, batteries and battery charger to ensure proper functioning as per manufacturer's recommendation.
* Conduct functional test of the system by actuating one or more manual call points and rectify any sequence and logic as required.
* Check the operation of signaling devices.
