Description : AG5 SUPPLY, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION OF CONFERENCING SYSTEM AT NEW OFFICE BUILDING.
Scope of Work:
The contractor shall provide the necessary labor, equipment and materials for the following:
1. Supply
* Video Conferencing Camera (PTZ) and Audio Speakers
* Display Screen (TV, Smartboard, Interactive Display)
* Conferencing processor/controller (Laptop)
* Loudspeaker
* Microphone
* Required cabling (Wireless HDMI, USB, Network cables)
* Mounting Bracket
* UPS/AVR for equipment protection
2. Delivery
* Delivery of all equipment to the designated site within the specified schedule.
3. Installation
* Installation of all equipment in the assigned conference room, which may include wall /ceiling mounting.
* Proper cable routing, terminations, and wire management
* Integration of conferencing system with:
* Existing network infrastructure
* Audio systems
* Video display systems
* Configuration and setup of software/applications (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc)
