Work Order:

Supply of labor, materials and tools/equipment in the Installation & Fabrication of Luminous Arrow Signages

SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Mobilization and site preparation
2. Preparation for safety precautions and safety signages at the working area
3. Removal of the old signages
4. Fabrication of the support of the signages
5. Install the Luminous Signages based on safety standard sizes
6. Turn-over the waste materials to Property Custodian
7. Demobilization prior Final Inspection
Material for Signages:
1. Based: Aluminum Composite Panel Wall Cladding
2. Reflectorized: 3M Sticker

NOTE:
1. Site Inspection is must
2. All personnel must undergo Safety & Security Orientation/meeting
3. Incase of any damage of the existing plant equipment
shall be replace immediately by the winner bidder
4. Provide Drawing, Brochure and Sample during evaluation (specially the Reflectorized/Luminous Signage)
