Work Order
Supply of labor, materials and tools/equipment in the Installation & Fabrication of Safety Signages at Pondage Area
Scope of Work:
1. Mobilization, site preparation and construction of temporary facility
2. Preparation for safety precautions and safety signages at the working area
3. Cutting and Drilling the concrete surface prior for the pedestal
4. Fabrication of reinforcing bars
5. Installation of form works and pouring concrete for pedestal
6. Fabrication of signages
7. Application of painting works (Primer, Epoxy, etc.)
8. Application of reflectorized sticker
9. Installation of signages on the new installed pedestal
10. Segregation of waste materials
11. Turn-over the waster materials to Property Custodian
12. Demobilization prior Final Inspection
