Description : AG4 PROVISION OF SECONDARY EXIT AT MPH WITH FIRE EXIT LADDER

Work Order
Supply of labor, materials and tools/equipment in the Installation & Fabrication of Secondary exit and Fire Exit Ladder at Multi-Purpose Hall of Agus 4 HPP.
Scope of Work:
1. Mobilization, site preparation and construction of temporary facility
2. Preparation for safety precautions and safety signages at the working area
3. Griding and Cutting the existing wall in the area, including cutting of the existing glass
4. Fabrication the designed Hot dip galvanized fire exit ladder
5. Fabrication of the Aluminum Frame attach to the existing glass, and installation of the Door Jam/Support.
6. Installation of Fire Exit Glass Door (Standard Size of 2.1M Height and 1M Width) and Panic Door with Lock Set (One-way Access).
7. Installation of the new fire exit ladder
8. Refurnish the damaged walls and repairting the affected area. Application of painting works (Primer, Epoxy, etc)
9. Segragation of waster materials and turn-over to Property Custodian
