  - In person at the PCC Procurement Office, or
  - Through a courier addressed to the PCC Procurement Office
  
  2. Suppliers must ensure that their quotations are properly delivered and received by the Procurement Office ON or BEFORE the closing date and time specified on the PhilGEPS posting.
  
  3. Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.
